Write in Welsh or in English. Welsh messages are answered in Welsh, checked by a first language speaker before they go back to you, which takes a little longer and is the honest way to do it rather than running it through a translator and hoping.
Best for sending a photograph of something, a shopfront sign, a menu, a leaflet you want the site to match.
Best when the question needs care, and the right channel for anything in Welsh, because it gives us time to answer properly.
On bilingual sites, before you ask
The three questions everybody asks, answered up front:
Do we need both languages?
Not always. A business serving Cardiff Bay tourists and one serving Caernarfon have different answers, and we will give you ours honestly rather than selling you twice the pages.
Who writes the Welsh?
A first language speaker, not machine translation. We build the structure so both languages are properly separate, which is what actually matters technically.
Does it cost double?
No. The build is shared, the writing is the extra, and we price it as one line you can see.
